Shipping Times

Άnoixi ships gifts on the first working day of each week, meaning the person receiving the gift usually receives it early to mid week. The first gift sent out on a new order is sent on the first day of the following week, unless a later start date is specified. 

SHIPPING ISSUES

If for some reason a gift is late or does not arrive, please call 0800 28 29 28 so we can remedy the issue immediately.

returns & exchanges

Returns

If for some reason your gift arrives damaged, we will arrange for it to be shipped back to us at our cost. Once we have received the damaged gift we will send out a replacement. 

Exchanges

If the gift is unsuitable for some reason, the gift receiver can contact us to arrange for it to be swapped for something more appropriate. This is managed on a case by case basis.

We have a field at checkout which allows you to note any dietary requirements, allergies and other requests. If anything needs to be added after the order please feel free to get in touch and we will take this into account.

Every time a gift is sent out the person who purchased the calendar will receive an email that includes what the gift was, what stage of the pregnancy the recipient is up to and a fun fact about the embryo. 

All gifts are made and shipped within New Zealand.

You can cancel your subscription at anytime and receive a refund for the remaining months.
